Scope
InfraEconomy Group delivered end-to-end advisory support, covering market and network analysis; fleet strategy; IT strategy; HR strategy, including international salary benchmarking; ownership and partnership models; and comprehensive financial and economic modelling. The team prepared proposals to expand Kazakhstan’s international commercial traffic rights to support cargo flights to Asian and European destinations via Kazakhstan. A market search and assessment of suitable aircraft available for lease were also carried out.
Impact
Samruk-Qazyna endorsed the resulting business and financial models. The framework now underpins investor negotiations, fleet acquisition decisions, and the airline’s operator certification process.
